Talking over problems is much better than struggling on without knowing what help may be available, and if we don't have the answer to your problems ourselves we may just know of someone who has.

It is not only the injured who are affected when Brain Trauma occurs

The picture shows a group of us on our annual outing which took the form of a "Mystery Tour" on a lovely sunny day in August. A good time was had by all and our Secretary (smiling person on the right!) celebrated an "ieth" birthday with us too!

The Committee usually takes ideas for outings from members and plans a suitable day out for all disabled members as well as the more able members.
